Duties & Responsibilities

One of our large fleet management clients based in Sandton area urgently in need of a Receptionist that is skilled in Excel and Finances to start as soon as possible.

Minimum requirements:

  • Matric
  • Working/have worked in the Logistics/truck rental industry will be beneficial
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Must have very good telephone etiquette
  • Very good financial background
  • Professional Appearance
  • Must be able to work well under pressure
  • Own transport
  • Computer literate (Fleet active, Word, Excel, Outlook)

Duties will include but is not limited to:

  • Manage reception area
  • Manage finances on excel sheet
