Duties & Responsibilities
One of our large fleet management clients based in Sandton area urgently in need of a Receptionist that is skilled in Excel and Finances to start as soon as possible.
Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- Working/have worked in the Logistics/truck rental industry will be beneficial
- Advanced Excel skills
- Must have very good telephone etiquette
- Very good financial background
- Professional Appearance
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Own transport
- Computer literate (Fleet active, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Duties will include but is not limited to:
- Manage reception area
- Manage finances on excel sheet
