DDG-Corporate Management Services Directorate: Corporate Management Services Package: R1 521 591.00 per annum (All-inclusive package) Requirements: Matric plus an undergraduate qualification (NQF 7) and a postgraduate qualification (NQF 8) in Human Resource Management / Business Management / or any other equivalent at NQF Level 8 as approved by SAQA. Possess a Pre-entry SMS Certificate. At least 8 – 10 years relevant experience at Senior Management Service (SMS) level. Knowledge, experience and understanding of the Constitution; Public Service Act / Regulations; Labour Relations Act; Public Finance Management Act (PFMA); Public Administration Management Act and Related Regulations; Government Planning and Reporting Frameworks; Medium Term Strategic Framework; Human Settlements prescripts & frameworks; Human Resources Prescripts & Large- scale human resource planning; Provincial Growth & Development Strategy (PGDS); National Development Plan: Vision 2030. Duties: Ensure strategic management is implemented to achieve an integrated service delivery oriented organisation. Ensure good governance and accountability are embedded in the implementation of business operations. Guide and oversee the management and monitoring of human resource management services provision. Provide effective and timely communication and engagement with stakeholders across the value chain (communities, media).
