To provide an all-round administrative support to the various Managers of the Medirite division. |

Job Objectives | • Management of day-to-day activities for the National Operations Manager & Divisional Managers • Effective internal and external stakeholder engagement • Arrange meetings and take minutes • Coordinate office activities & special events • Arrange and make travel and car hire arrangements • Secretarial and reception support to the National Operations Manager & Divisional Managers as well as assisting the Buying department with appointments, greeting and directing visitors (suppliers) who arrive on site • Respond to queries and complaints via telephone and email and direct it to the to the appropriate staff member • Produce reports • Manage kitchen, cleaning and stationary supplies and vendors • Administrative duties |
Qualifications | Essential: • Grade 12 • Secretarial Diploma / Recognition of prior learning in related field will be an advantage |
Experience | Essential: • 2 years Secretarial experience • Administrative experience |
Knowledge and Skills | Essential: • MS Word (advanced) • MS Excel • Outlook Express • MS PowerPoint • Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages • Ability to take minutes • Solid administration and compilation skills Desirable: • SAP • G Suite |
