Day to Day Duties
● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
● Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
● Maintain a fully stocked store
● Attends management training
● Recommend and display items that match customers needs
● Welcome and great customers
● Manage point-of sale sessions
Customer service
● Maintain good customer service skills
● Promotes sales and assist customers
Look and Feel of the store
● Ensures that the store is merchandised as per instructions
● Conduct general housekeeping to ensure that areas are kept neat and tidy and all fixtures are in good working order
● Advise the Store Manager of all stock level concerns ass as these noted Operations Manager
● Ensure that company policies and procedure are followed
● Store maintenance e.g lights are working, cloud base screens are working and a uniform look is maintained
Job specifications
- This individual will only work 180 hours per month
- Ability to interact with customers and delivery excellent customer service
- Ability to Communicate well
- Computer Literacy
- Attention to detail
