The Intercare Hazeldean and Irene Hospitals situated in Pretoria seeks to recruit for an Admin Assistant. The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to Hospital Management.
CRITICAL OUTPUTS
- Build productive relationships with all stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to Hospital Management
- Marketing activities
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings of appointments
- General administrative tasks, including filing typing etc.
- Liaising with consulting room staff
- Management of correspondence
- Stock management and support
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- Office Administration qualification or equivalent
- 2-3 years working experience in a hospital or medical practice
- Previous experience within the healthcare industry advantageous
- Computer proficiency (MS Office) essential
