(12 MONTH RENEWABLE CONTRACT)

The following minimum requirements must be met in order to be considered for this position:
ï‚· Matric.
ï‚· FAIS accredited qualification (120 credits).
ï‚· Regulatory exam 5 will be advantageous
ï‚· Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Sales, Marketing and Commerce would be advantageous.
ï‚· Minimum of two (2) years insurance and investment sales experience.
ï‚· Minimum of five (5) years sales/marketing experience.
ï‚· Thorough knowledge of insurance products, policy wordings and execution of the sale of such products.
ï‚· Fit and Proper status
ï‚· Knowledge of applicable legislation e.g., FAIS, FICA, NCA, TCF, PFMA.
ï‚· Ability to interact at all levels
ï‚· Willingness to travel extensively and work after hours
ï‚· Computer literacy in MS office and Insurance systems
 Thorough understanding of Ithala’s policies and procedures.
ï‚· Customer service
ï‚· Maintain FAIS compliance
 Understanding of Ithala’s code of conduct
ï‚· Negotiation skills
ï‚· Well-developed presentation and marketing skills.
ï‚· Interpersonal skills.
ï‚· Self-motivated and an innovative self-starter
ï‚· Have good written and verbal communication skills
CLOSING DATE: 31 OCTOBER 2022
Salary: Basic R3 500 plus commission (Laptop, Office space and Facilities inclusive)
