MPR Operator Learnership – Johannesburg
- 12 Month contract
- On the job training as well as a formal study
- Manufacturing experience
- Between the age of 18 and 27 years old.
- Must have completed matric
- Criminal and credit clear (required)
Main activities/tasks
- The purpose of this job description is the operation and control of the production machine and strapping equipment;
- Ensures production is performing as expected to produce quality products;
- Operate a variety of equipment and machine tools as well as monitor quality;
- Operate production machine(s) to production and quality standards;
- Monitor the quality and quantities at all times during production;
- Record all production through documentation of all inputs and outputs of equipment;
- Select and open the correct data files for personalization of casino base stock;
- Adhere to the machine procedures and instructions at all times;
- Perform start-up maintenance on a daily basis;
- AD-HOC assignments given by management from time to time.
- Comply to 5’S
Job Requirements
Education, qualifications, and special training
- Matric/ Grade 12 / N3
- Windows, Excel; MS Word
Knowledge and skills
- Good numeracy and time keeping
Experience
- Minimum 1 year work experience on card equipment
