Location: Welkom

Qualifications/Education
- Grade 12 Senior Certificate
- MS Office
- 1 Year minimum Stores / Warehouse experience
- Good Communication (written & verbal)
- Ability to work under pressure and within tight timelines
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions
- Good organizational skills
- Strong time management skills
- Own car with valid drivers’ license (shift work)
- Willing to work shifts: (8:00-17:00 / 14:00-22:00)
Duties/Requirements
- Coordinating the flow of stock
- Receiving stock/orders
- Assisting with all dispatch requirements as directed
- Process goods received vouchers for all supplier deliveries to the warehouse with 100% accuracy.
- Reconciliation of all stock movements both in and out of the location.
- Organizing files and keeping a record, both of virtual and paper documents
- Writing and preparing documents
