trade. An Assessor and Moderator Certificates. A valid driver’s license. Five
years of trade-related experience after qualifying as an artisan. Three years
assessor and supervisory in an artisan development and training environment
or trade testing centre. Knowledge: Skills Development Act of 1998. Must be
able to conduct and moderate trade tests in the millwright and related trades.
Must be able to conduct processes relating to ARPL in the trade. Must be able
