Requirements :
NQF level 4 or 5 (National Certificate or Higher Certificate). Understanding of the legislative framework governing the public service. Knowledge of working procedures in terms of the working environment. Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety will be added advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Computer literacy in the following: MS Word, Excel, and Outlook for emails. Be able to maintain confidentiality of information in the office.
Duties :
Capture data from available records into the required formats. Verify query missing data and errors observed during data entry. Review and validate all data from the records. Submit data. Make regular backups of data. Update registers and statistics. Keep and maintain records and files. Ensure records and files are properly sorted and secured. Communicate effectively with supervisors and managers at a data generation point. Compiling and filling statistics electronically and manually. Provide stats of the cases to the Occupational Task team. Provide support to management.
