System Analyst

Key responsibilities:
- Conducting an in-depth analysis of existing financial systems, processes, and workflows.
- Identifying areas for improvement and recommending enhancements to increase efficiency.
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand their system needs and requirements.
- Documenting detailed business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Developing and executing test plans to validate the functionality and integrity of financial systems.
- Identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies through thorough testing and collaboration with IT teams.
- Providing training and support to end-users, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to use the systems
- Serving as a point of contact for system-related queries and troubleshooting.
- Continuously improving user documentation and providing clear instructions for system usage.
- Collaborating with IT to ensure systems are secure and complying with relevant regulations and policies.
- Monitoring system access and data integrity to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
- Staying updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to financial system security.
Minimum requirements:
- Preferably an appropriate B degree or similar qualification with a focus on Accounting or Information Technology.
- A at least one year of relevant system development experience in a computer environment, including knowledge of the total system development life cycle.
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.

SENIOR CLERK
Purpose of the position:
The candidate will oversee the completion of clerical and administrative tasks at the
Best Drive Lichtenburg outlet.
The responsibility of the position will include the following:
- Inventory control, which includes orders, receipts, shipments, transfers, price
marking and inventory counting; - Customer service, which may include compiling quotes, special orders, handling
product enquiries, etc. - Other tasks such as operating the switchboard, sales, bank deposits,
and handling of petty cash; - Administrative tasks that are normally required to operate a successful retail
business
Minimum requirements:
- The suitable candidate must be in possession of a Grade 12 certificate
- The candidate must have at least two to three (2-3) years’ relevant experience in
the industry. - The candidate must be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.

ELECTRICIAN
Purpose of the position:
We are looking for a candidate who is able to successfully use their skills and
experience to assist with all electrical, technical, and administrative tasks, including
any other duties assigned to them as per the needs of the department.
The responsibility of the position will include the following:
- Industrial and domestic electrical installation work
- Maintenance on electrical equipment and ensuring quality control
- Electrical debugging and repairs
- Ad-hoc duties as per operational requirements
Minimum requirements:
- N3 Electrical qualification
- Completed a qualifying trade test as electrician
- A valid driver’s license
- Registration as an Installation Electrician.
- Experience of PLC / SCADA control system will serve as a recommendation

JUNIOR TRADE INSPECTOR
Purpose of the position:
The incumbent is responsible for carrying out inspections of stock, administration as well
as marketing aspects at all the retail outlets
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and execution of scheduled inspections to determine if systems and
procedures are applied effectively; - Evaluation of shelf layout and care, overall cleanliness of the store and facilities as well
as the quality and service of the staff; - Reporting and identifying problems as well as proposing possible solutions;
- Conducting sample inventory surveys on a fixed schedule at retail outlets;
- Training store personnel in respect of procedures, policies, standards as well as the
operation of the systems; - Daily, weekly and monthly checking of certain key aspects at trade stores and followup of any irregularities;
- Continuous development and review of the inspection evaluation documents.
Minimum requirements / Qualifications:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Minimum of two – four (2-4) years’ relevant experience in a retail environment
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Valid code B driver’s license

LEARNER: RETAIL
The incumbent will be trained in the following:
- Marketing
- Stock control
- Product knowledge
- Client services
- Occupational health and safety aspects
- Labour relations

- All other aspects regarding the management of a retail store.
Requirements:
- Successful candidates must be willing to obtain certain retail-oriented
qualifications and attend a range of product courses - The incumbent will be stationed in Lichtenburg, but will have to do relief
work for practical experience at other stores in the NWK area - Must preferably be in possession of a relevant tertiary qualification or in
the end process of completing one - Candidates in possession of a Grade 12 certificate with 3 to 5 years’
experience in a supervisory or manager in training capacity will also be
taken into consideration - Must be in possession of a valid driver’s license
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English

which also includes the handling of the fertiliser.
