Walk-In Consultant – Pretoria

Salary: R 211 816 basic salary p/a plus benefits

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 and a recognized Diploma in Office Administration / Public Management / Customer Service or equivalent coupled with at least a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in customer service environment.
  • Computer literate.
  • Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and applicable knowledge and experience on the Job may be considered during the selection process

  • Ideal candidate should have customer relation skills
  • Interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Communication skills both verbal and in writing are essential
  • Office administration skills
  • willing to work overtime
  • Computer Literacy

Key Performance Areas:

  • Assist and attend to clients (business and individual)
  • Relieving switchboards when required
  • Printing ID cards
  • Taking fingerprints and assist clients with the completion of applications on the digital platform
  • Attending to telephonic enquiries
  • Verification of fingerprints from Home Affairs
  • Perform all other administration tasks that are related to this function
  • Data capturing
  • Ensure proper filing
  • Relieve as a host/hostess

Management Accounting Administrator

R 278 112 basic salary p/a plus benefits

Location: (Centurion)

Requirements:

  • National Diploma in Accounting or B Com Degree in Accounting coupled with three years or more experience in Accounting Desk environment
  • Experience in Pastel Evolution will be an added advantage
  • Recognition of Prior Leaning (RPL) and applicable knowledge and experience on the Job may be considered during the selection process

Essential Criteria:

  • Envisaged candidate should possess good oral and written communication skills
  • Team player
  • ability to gather and analyse data
  • Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office package)
  • Working knowledge of financial systems

Key Performance Areas:

  • Assist in the budget preparation
  • Monitor and evaluate Budget and Expenditure trends
  • Monitor cost variances
  • Prepare monthly management reports
  • Generates Monthly and Quarterly rolling forecasts
  • Prepare Quarterly Financial reports
  • Prepare Quarterly Non-Financial reports
  • Capture budget virements / movements
  • Prepare Adhoc reporting. 

Debtors Account Administrator

R 278 112 basic salary p/a plus benefits

Location: Centurion

Requirements:

  • National Diploma / Degree in Accounting or related qualification
  • At least a minimum of 1-2 years? experience in Accounts or Finance environment
  • Knowledge of PSIRA Act and Debt Collection related legislation is essential
  • Recognition of Prior Leaning (RPL) and applicable knowledge and experience on the Job may be considered during the selection process

Key Performance Areas:

  • Update debtor information timely and properly maintain debtor records on the database (e.g. name changes, company details etc.)
  • Suspend or withdraw defaulting security service providers as approved
  • Reinstate suspended or withdrawn security service providers as approved
  • Attend to client queries or provide assistance within the provided time frames
  • Reconcile debtor accounts, allocate receipts and correct accounting records timely
  • Effectively collect overdue accounts and where appropriate refer defaulting security service providers to the Head: Accounts receivables for intervention
  • Prepare adjustment journal for corrections
  • Refer irrecoverable transactions/amounts to the Head: Accounts receivables to consider appropriate action (writing off bad debts)
  • Comply with all relevant statutes, regulations and prescripts (e.g. PSIRA Act, PFMA)
  • Comply with policies and business processes
  • Prepare external communication to security service providers (letter, notice or e-mails).
