TFG is looking for dynamic individual to join the hi Marketing Department as a Digital Designer. We are looking for a Digital Designer to create dynamic digital content and seamless UX-led interfaces in order to deliver an excellent customer shopping experience.

The Digital Designer would therefore be required to provide digital content to all our digital platforms through performing the following duties:

  • Social media content & animation (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Website creative: banners, landing pages, buying guides etc.
  • Video editing
  • Coding – emailers, catalogues, and static pages (required)
  • Graphic design of hi campaigns as required and briefed (secondary focus)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design of marketing communications well as content generation to be used across all digital assets & channels
  • Manage the look-and-feel and optimisation of website and mobile site.
  • Video editing
  • Design and code interactive content (JavaScript / HTML)
  • Conceptualisation and production of fresh ideas for online/digital material
  • Efficient use of (Apple Mac) DTP system, Illustrator as well as Photoshop, and InDesign is essential

Requirements

Credit Digital Marketing Intern

Position Description:

Job description

This role requires a driven individual that will assist the digital and social media division of TFG Media in contributing to the division’s Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI’s),

The individual would report to a combined team across the digital and mobile entertainment portfolios.

The primary function of this role is to provide creative and strategic brand support to the DigitalTeam:

  • Planning and execution of socia media campaigns across multiple brands
  • Content creation (copywriting)
  • Basic digital design (Photoshop, InDesign, Everlytic for example)
  • Campaign data analytics
  • SEO
  • Research into digital subscription products and platforms
  • Customer relationship management where required
  • Performing ad hoc admin tasks when required
  • Business skills such as ability to use would be an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the digital and mobile entertainment teams in social media and email campaign planning and execution
  • Understand and compile campaign analysis reports
  • Brainstorm new ideas and strategies to attract different market segments to subscribe

An exciting position has arisen within the Sneaker Factory family for an Omni Merchant. The primary function of this role is to take full responsibility for the content, stock and marketing of the online stores. The responsibility will extend through all systems, uploading and updating product information, uploading promotional banners and managing landing pages on the websites. The incumbent would also ensure that samples are supplied appropriately to the photographic studio, returned, images supplied and activated onto the site as the product – with all accurate pricing, stock, description and promotional information – goes live. The role would support both the marketing and merchandising aspects of the store.

Responsibilities:

Effectively manages and drives projects (either identified by yourself or briefed by the business) from start to finish within allocated deadlines
Liaises with relevant internal parties to ensure product content requirements and deadlines are met
Maintains the Omni product catalogue ensuring that all relevant product information is accurate and up to date (grouping, naming, descriptions, attributes, images & websites taxonomy)
Actively monitors stock levels on the websites and in the fulfilment centres, and works with the relevant teams to ensure that stock allocations are optimised (including IBTs, old & damaged stock)
Liaises with the Omni photo studio and relevant merchandise teams to manage the Omni image process effectively so that all required images are received and processed timeously
Displays attention to detail and performs regular quality assessments of the websites to ensure it meets its objectives, without errors & omissions
Coordinates with OTM to research & recommendations on more innovative ways of operating
Proposes practical solutions to challenges faced within projects
Effectively co-ordinates and executes the roll-out of all relevant campaigns and promotions (including product catalogue updates such as widgets & taxonomy changes as well as collections)
Assists in identifying content & campaign opportunities to move additional stock, offer promotions or assortments are improved and enhanced for the online customer

Takes responsibility within the department to professionally manage all external customer service queries until the query is resolved and closed to the customer’s satisfaction
Ensures customer service tickets are actively managed and resolved timeously
