Job Purpose | The Trainer reports directly to the Lead: Regulatory Training, and is responsible for facilitating all formal and on-the-job regulatory training for the Airline and will ensure training is in accordance with the regulatory standards. To this extent, the Trainer conducts training, accredited assessment and evaluations in line with legislative and company requirements. Furthermore, the role is required to perform related tasks including research and curriculum development. Lastly, as part of the Operations team, the role will be required to support the optimization of the Aviation Training function by participating in improvement initiatives within the area of responsibility. |
