Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
- Equivalent Credit Management qualification
- Business English: Fluent

Duties and Responsibilities
Collect Trade Debt
- Confirm payment of new and existing customer accounts
- Control allocated accounts and ensure that outstanding monies owed to the company are collected
- Record, log and address customer queries
- Maintain good customer relations

- Request increase/s of credit limit Â
