INTRODUCTION
To develop Talent Acquisition (TA) practices and processes for the JSE to enable recruitment of talent for delivery on strategy and effectively deliver talent acquisition services to the business by building awareness, attract, engage and convert talent to successful employees.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Results Delivery
- Ensure that turnaround time is met by managing the TA process between stakeholders to improve time and quality of hire
- Track Talent Acquisition value add and progress against monthly dashboard information
- Provide resolution in recruitment related queries and issues, design and deliver resourcing solutions with a strategic perspective
- A global mindset and experience of working with candidates and stakeholders
- Strong appetite to headhunt, and proven track record of success in search firms environments
- Experience in innovative approaches to sourcing leaders including use of resourcing platforms, attraction tools and techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills that work for you and your stakeholders
Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Provide feedback to stakeholders through various communication methods to enhance working relationships
- Maintain and build relationships with recruitment partners and relevant vendors and ensure JSE needs are understood and adhere to SLA requirements
Process Management
- Build strong employment brand, Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure sourcing and attraction of talent will meet the current and future skills needs while building strategic relationships with talent stakeholders and business leaders.
- Manage own delivery against agreed deliverables and set timelines, identify obstacles to delivery and take appropriate action where required to ensure deadlines are met timeously
- Identify obstacles and major challenges through continuous evaluation of processes and standards in order to ensure effective operational alignment to strategic priorities
- Utilize resources to ensure streamlined workflow process linked to assessments, recruitment and selection
- Ensure execution of Talent Acquisition process is compliant to standards and aligned to strategy by ensuring all relevant documentation is in place and all steps of the process are adhered to within set timelines
- Provide the business with Talent Acquisition information by gathering and communication on development and recruitment activities
- Produce data analytics and statistical reports on relevant aspects of recruitment process
- Track completion of interview processes and send reminders as required
- Improve the Talent Acquisition process by monitoring the steps and identify gaps and challenges
- Deliver work consistently to plan and review progress by working towards pre-agreed timelines and make adjustments as required in consultation with relevant stakeholders
- Provide input and support to interventions and projects in the Talent and HR team as required
- Contribute to the development and implementation of team interventions
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Essential Qualification: Degree in HR or related
- Preferred Qualification: Honours
- 5-8 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition at a senior level
