What you’ll need:

* At least 1 year relevant experience (candidates with supervisory experience will receive preference).
* National Senior Certificate.
* Computer literacy.

What you’ll be doing:

Responsible for car wash related functions:
* Ensure quality control on services rendered by performing inspections of washed vehicles.
* Cost management of materials used to eliminate unnecessary expenses.
* Ensure all vehicles washed are billed to relevant clients.
* Ensure the car wash is always optimized and fully booked managing fleet car washes and distribution of fleet vouchers for all departments.
* Contribute to the marketing of the car wash.
* Report car wash capacity to line management and properties to ensure optimized bookings.
* Upkeep of wash bay and offices to keep the area tidy and neat.

Assist with ad-hoc responsibilities:
* Assist with execution of monthly plan to ensure the Senwes grounds are upkept and tidy upon request.
* Taking initiative to resolve problems, within management mandate.
* Ensure quality control of completed tasks.
* Assist with ensuring maintenance of Head Office grounds and the Barn upon request.

Responsible for the collection and returns of fleet vehicles:
* Issuing of keys and travel books to approved employees for fleet vehicles.
* Ensure inspections is performed with each collection and return.
* Report any damage and incidents of vehicles to line management.
* Safekeeping of all fleet vehicle keys.
* Upkeep of the fleet by booking the fleet vehicles for regular washes at the car wash.
* Ensure all documents and keys are handed in with return of fleet vehicles.
* Assist with insurance claims on damages and booking of repair and maintenance on vehicles.

Employee Management:
* Ensure strong KPAs are identified and senior personnel held accountable for achieving targets.
* Supervise employees.
* Provide in-house training and guidance and support to employees.
* Motivate employees and provide constructive feedback on performance.
* Develop and manage succession plan/ personal development plan of employees.
* Follow internal procedures when dealing with disciplinary related issues.
