Data Capture Officer
Gauteng, JHB – Eastern Suburbs
The successful candidate will ensure effective administration of the unit and that the capturing, filing and retrieval of data for the SDP (80%) and other (20%) divisions is performed effectively; ensuring that the highest level of data quality and integrity is maintained.
Minimum requirements: Matric / Grade 12
3 year Bachelors Degree in administration, commerce or similar fields.
Minimum Experience: 3 years previous data capture, filing and retrieval experience
2-4 years supervisory experience
Advanced computer literacy – MS Office and Excel
Attentive to details, comfortable with daily routine tasks, ability to multi-task and cope with pressures and setbacks.
Working with large databases, document management or Internal audit background is an advantage
Cost to Company per annum: Salary Range R345 532.00 – R469 489.00

Minimum Experience: 4-6 Years in Training and Development or Human Resources Development.
Cost to Company per annum: Salary Range: R552 712.00 – R746 975.00 per annum
