About the Company:

We are seeking talented individuals to become a part of our Customer Service Operations Centre team, specifically in the role of First Line Support Engineer. This position offers a 6-month contract with opportunities for permanent employment, providing you with a platform to grow your career in the telecommunications industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to telecommunications services. • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary. • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction through timely and effective problem resolution.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Matric • N+ • CCNA or JNCIA – Preferred • Prior customer service or technical support experience is a plus. • A strong desire to excel in the telecommunications industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities. • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. • Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
