SCHOOL FEES COLLECTION FOCUS (CONTRACT WCED APPOINTMENT )
COMMENCEMENT DATE: 01 January 2024
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
● A Senior Certificate/Grade 12
● 3-Years experience in Debt Collection.
● Excellent in Spreadsheets and Tables for analysis purposes
● Ability to work accurately with numbers and attention to detail.
● Experience in financial administration and accounts receivable on Pastel will be advantageous
● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
● Willing to Adapt Work Schedule in accordance with Office requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Proactive collection and management of school fees.
● Maintaining accurate financial records and student accounts.
● Communication with parents and guardians regarding payments and balances.
● Assistance with the preparation of financial reports and audits.
● General administrative tasks to support the school’s operations.
