The Groundsman is responsible for the daily operations of general Maintenance of gardens, cleaning,
watering, separating recycling and pool maintenance Sanbona shall apply the employment equity principles as set out in the Employment Equity policy and Plan.

Academic
Qualifications and Background
â–ª Grade 10
Valid Driver’s License
Languages

Work Experience
â–ª Previous Work experience in gardening will be beneficial
Job technical Skills
â–ª Basic knowledge of plants and weeds
â–ª Basic knowledge of vegetables and herbs
â–ª Basic knowledge of gardening tools, chemical and pool cleaning equipment

â–ª High degree of trustworthiness
â–ª Committed to minimising the impact on the environment
â–ª Displays a sense of urgency and dedication to meeting the guest needs
â–ª Ability to work independently without receiving detailed instructions
