DEPARTMENTAL MISSION: To implement multiple capital projects within set parameters by implementing sound processes, systems and procedures within the Programme Management Unit
OUTPUTS:
- Manage various multiple and complex projects on behalf of Prasa Cres at regional level.
- Ensure best practice integrated Strategic Portfolio Programme Management and workflows efficiencies.
- Support the Programme Head in effective implementation of projects.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.
- Budgeting and Cost Control.
- Risk Management.
- Evaluating health and safety standards.
- Management of various members of the professional team and appoint service providers.
- Liaison with clients, various stakeholders and local authorities.
- Manage Change Requests.

DEPARTMENTAL MISSION: To provide engineering technical support for the Facilities maintenance (station buildings, bridges, plumbing infrastructure, utilities, services and support property) function through effective and efficient utilization of outsourcing techniques, contract management, project management, asset condition assessments and managing safety in the rail environment.

DEPARTMENTAL MISSION: To perform maintenance, rehabilitation and repairs on buildings, bridges and structures, storm water, drainage, sewerage system and water reticulations.
OUTPUTS:
- Ordering and completion of requisitions for material and equipment.
- Complete and sign off job cards.
- Report faults and irregularities to immediate supervisor.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on buildings, bridges, structures water networks, doors, windows, roofs, ceilings, gutters, floors, platforms, etc.
- Coordinate tools, material and equipment required for tasks daily.
- Organizing and executing of routine and emergency work timeously and liaising with external contractors and service providers.
- Trench and lay water & sewerage pipes, read water metres and submit report to Technical Supervisor.
- General repairs on fences and gates and ensure subordinates adhere to safe working procedures.
- Ensure adherence to ACT 85, SANS, ISO, NOSA, identify and address unsafe situations and report to Technical Supervisor
