Job Description
Vacancy : Receiving Clerk
Region : Midrand
Reporting to : Warehouse Supervisor
Overall purpose of the job: Receive picked stock for selected jobs as per pick slip request from
picker. Liaise with courier / technician for stock dispatching. Obtain a signature from the technician
should the pick be collected. Give a copy of the pick slip and transfer confirmation to the relevant
collector. Assist with stock take during month end. Adhoc duties as and when required
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Ensure all picks slips are executed daily
• Ensure all completed paperwork was handed into the office admin for processing.
• Ensure no paperwork is left behind on the racks in the warehouse.
• Ensure all scanners are set on charge in the office before your shift end.
• Ensure to keep the warehouse area clean.
Minimum qualifications and experience:
• Matric / Grade 12
• Experience in a warehouse environment beneficial
• Data Capturing
• Excel / Microsoft Office
• SAP – Will be an advantage

Job Description
Answer inbound calls on switchboard; attend to visitors at front reception and assist with administrative duties.

Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Pick stock for selected jobs as per pick slip request.
- Pack stock away on racks that was receipted from suppliers.
- Obtain a signature from the dispatcher who receives the stock.
- Give a copy of the pick slip and transfer confirmation to the relevant collector.
- Assist with stock take during month end and Cycle counts during the day.
- Ensure all picks slips are executed daily and accurately.
- Ensure all completed paperwork are handed over to the office admin for processing.
- Ensure no paperwork is left behind on the racks in the warehouse.
- Ensure all scanners are set on charge in the office before your shift end.
- Ensure to keep the warehouse area clean.
- Report any suspicious behaviour to Management.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations.

Job Description
Branch Administrator
Eswatini
Reporting to the Branch Manager
Vacancies exist for a Branch Administrator. The position will report to the Branch Manager. The overall purpose of this position is to assist in the administrative, Financial, and managerial responsibilities of the allocated Branch and Ops Managers.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12.
- Administrative/Secretarial Post School Qualification.
- At least 3-5 Years’ experience as an Administrator reporting to Senior Management.
- Ability to work extended hours as and when required.
- Clear criminal record and no pending cases.
- Advanced Excel, MS Word and Power Point proficiency.
- Knowledge of the SAP and ePayroll systems are beneficial.
- Above average verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to resolve conflict effectively.
- Ability to handle work related stress and work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Office administration and general Administrative duties.
- Co-ordination of e-mail, correspondence and written communication.
- Screening of telephone calls and taking of messages.
- Minute taking at selected meetings and engagements.
- Maintaining of strict confidential protocols regarding correspondence and communication.
- Liaising at different levels of the Branch and act as Ambassador of the Area Manager office.
- Consolidate management information and reports.
- Compiling weekly and monthly reports.
- Typing of documents, reports and preparation of presentations
- Assisting in queries and day to day co-ordination of operational tasks related to area of responsibility
