Position: Marketing Management Internship
Duration: 18 month contract
Location: Melomed Head Office
Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Proof of completion of N6 Qualification in Marketing Management
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Computer literacy is essential
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Key Outputs:
• Manage and respond to patient enquiries.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to basic enquiries, and report on trends.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including the creation and distribution of collateral and coordination of event logistics.
• Organise and distribute marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Monitor the website for content updates and maintenance issues and respond to enquiries.
• Ensure that all client service interactions meet quality standards and reflect positively on the brand.
• Manage the marketing mailbox and track the volume and type of enquiries received.
• Support on-site marketing activities at hospitals, including events and campaigns.
• Assist in maintaining marketing reports, files, and databases.
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
