Internal Sales Consultant
Introduction
We are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team – on a Temp to Perm basis.
Key Performance Areas:
All the responsibilities associated with an Internal Sales Consultant.
Duties & Responsibilities
The employees duties will include but not be limited to:
- Servicing existing accounts,
- Establishing new accounts,
- Obtaining orders,
- Communicating constantly with clients, external sales reps and merchandisers,
- Planning and organizing daily work schedules,
- Submitting orders for invoicing by referring to price lists and product requirement,
- Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules and merchandising techniques,
- Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems and proposing recommendations to management,
- Understanding product range and product position at customers,
- Maintaining records on areas and customer sales,
- Working closely with the entire sales team (team spirit principle) should avail at all times.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Traceable sales experience in the FMCG sector with a good sound track record.
Other Minimum Requirements:
- Must be energetic and able to communicate with confidence, must have thorough knowledge of excel and word.
