SALARY : R261 372 per annum

REQUIREMENTS : National Diploma/ B Degree in Purchasing Management / Assets Management
/ Facility Management/ Logistics Management or relevant qualifications. Six (6)
months relevant experience. Knowledge: Public Service Regulations (PSR),
Public Service Act (PSA), Public Financial Management Act (PFMA),
Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA), Broad Based Black
Economic Empowerment (BBBEE), Treasury Regulations, Supply Chain
Management Systems and Processes, Assets Management. Skills: Financial
Management, Analysis, Problem Solving, Presentation, Planning and
Organizing, Communications (verbal and written), Computer Literacy, Report
Writing.
DUTIES : Maintain and update the stock register. Capture stock details on both manual
and electronic procurement systems. Maintain the warehouse. Provide stock
taking and issuing of items. Administer the receiving of goods/items for the
stores and warehouse.
