Jumbo is offering a learnership programme for TVET College students.

Jumbo clothing is one of the recognised stores in South Africa. Jumbo is offering a leadership programme that will allow a student to become a graduate.

Indeed, a person who studied at college can never become a graduate not unless In-service training is done.

The theory alone can never be converted to a national diploma. A student will need at least 18 months of practical experience to combine with that 18 months of theory and make it a 3-year diploma.

Jumbo has decided to intervene by giving rise to students that are looking for in-service training to get it. Jumbo wants People who studied Business Management course.

Jumbo is offering an opportunity to anyone who is done with N6 theory in Business management to come and join the company. The 18 practical months will need dedication.

These people will be trained in gaining practicals in stores and must be someone interested in retail.

Here is the list of roles that these people will be trained to:

Shop Assistant

Cashier

Admin controller

Assistant Store manager

Store manager

Requirements.

Grade 12 and N6 in business management

No criminal record

Be a South African citizen
