Job Purpose:
- Administrative Assistant to the CEO is responsible for ensuring that the office is running properly regarding administrative support.
- The Administrative Assistant is also responsible for developing and maintaining a filing system within the office.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and manage all administration in the office as per requirements.
- Ensure that all files are filed according to the system.
- Handle and relay correspondence in the absence of the Manager: Office of the CEO
and /or the CEO and ensure that the office is kept informed of any relevant issues
that develop - Deal appropriately with all staff travel requests.
- Handle correspondence and relay to required personnel within set requirements.
- Make arrangements and coordinate staff meetings and functions within all set
requirements, when required. - Ensure that office equipment is maintained and is functioning efficiently.

Assistant Company Secretary

Job Purpose:
- The assistant company secretary is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of board activities,
- Coordinating board and committee meetings and ensuring the quality of the reports from management to Board Committees.
- The incumbent will ensure that all board and board committees resolutions are communicated timeously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate an annual schedule for all board and board committee meetings aligned to all compliance imperatives.
- Efficiently arrange all board and board committee meetings.
- Prepare board and board committee packs for distribution prior to the schedules meetings in line with set timelines.
- Record and prepare minutes of board and board committee meetings.
- Ensure that minutes and agendas are distributed to the recipients within the set timelines.
- Ensure sign-off of all minutes of the board and board committees upon approval.
- Ensure that all signed minutes are filed and stored as per the regulations.

Job Purpose:
- The Executive Manager: Road Safety Stakeholder Relations Management reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
- The incumbent will be responsible for identifying, managing, and maintaining relationships with all road safety stakeholders.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and deliver a strategic direction to the Road Safety Stakeholder Relations
Management Division and to ensure that the Division delivers uniformly in terms of
the performance expectations. - Lead the identification, building and maintenance of relationships with all Road
Safety stakeholders through development of requisite frameworks, strategies,
processes and procedures. - Direct, lead and oversee the development of Road Safety Programmes, associated

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- A Bachelors Degree or equivalent qualification at an NQF Level 7
- A relevant post-graduate qualification would be an added advantage

a senior managerial role.

Job Purpose: The Licensing Officer is responsible for ensuring timely and
accurate processing of driving license applications and
renewals.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate the process of driver licensing.
- Reconcile payments and cash deposits against transactional information.
- Forward verified statements to external authorities for processing.
- Provide routine information related to driver registration

Job Purpose: Co-ordinate tasks/ activities associated with the examination,
testing and issuing of learner and driving licenses through the
application of laid down assessment and inspection procedures,
attending to administrative reporting and recordkeeping
requirements and guiding personnel with the execution of
specific activities to ensure drivers conform with the
requirements of the National Road Traffic Act and regulations
contributing to the safety of all users.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Checking details of application received against identification and / or relevant supporting
documents. - Completing procedural information, forms, documents and notifications and submitting
for further processing. - Updating schedules and registers reflecting licensing and testing applications processed
and extracting summarised reports detailing the status of activities and forwarding to the
immediate superior for processing. - Receiving directives from the immediate superior and amending procedure manuals
guiding testing sequences to read current with legislative requirements and specific
regulations. - Maintaining records of applications, reports and tests, using alpha-numeric sequences to
file documentation and/ or accessing/ retrieving information to support query resolution. - Control issuing of learners and drivers license, professional drivers permit and instructors
certificates to ensure public safety and efficient service delivery. - Resolve public inquiries/ complains within the section.
- Keep proper records of all application forms processed as legislated
- Check and confirm submitted applications of relevant driver’s licence transactions and
ensure compliance with administration in accordance with DLTC specification and
perform spot checks. - Ensure that all learner licence test materials are signed out to the examiner for driving
licences prior to the test and returned on completion of such test. - Execute administration functions within the sub – section to ensure smooth running of the
DLTC. - Adhere to principles of customer care-oriented environment in the section.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Grade 12.
- Examiner of Driver’s Licence Diploma.
- Grade A Examiner will be an added advantage.

Job Purpose: To ensure that the office of the Executive Manager: Corporate
Services functions efficiently by providing coordination and
administrative support to the Executive Manager, divisional General
Managers and the Business Unit as a whole.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The position requires a systematic, proactive and agile individual with good
organising skills to effectively manage the calendar of the executive. You must
proactively ensure that all key commitments are diarised in advance and honoured
by the office of the Executive. Additionally, you must have a sound business acumen
to be able to identify the need to re-arrange and re-prioritize the diary of the
executive manager according to unexpected matters that may require the attention of
the executive. - The position requires that you maintain consistent communication from and into the
office of the executive. You must become the first point of contact on all matters that
are directed to the office of the Executive Manager. You must therefore form good
relationships with other departments, divisional managers and all stakeholders
representing functions that interact with the Executive Manager’s office. This includes
both internal and external stakeholders. - Through innovative administrative support, you must assist the division in ensuring
that targets and deadlines are met. You must create and maintain a tasks deadline
monitoring system that will aid the Executive Manager, General Managers and the
business unit in keeping track of all tasks ensuring that no deadlines are missed. - You are required to assist the Executive Manager with reviewing, formatting, collating
information and generally preparing communications memos, emails, reports and

administration skills as one of the key requirements is the constant engaging with the

You must have sound document control experience to ensure that divisional service
requirements are requisitioned in good time, invoices and statements are updated,
signed and ready for processing in a timely manner. - As the Personal Assistant, you are to maintain a reliable and efficient filling system
that will enable the business unit to meet its objectives. You must also keep abreast
of the latest records management systems to advise the Executive Manager on new
and innovative ways to improve the Division’s filling system.

- National Diploma at NQF level 6 qualification in Secretarial / Administration or related
