MARKETING MANAGER

Purpose of the position:
As the Marketing Manager at NWK4Sure Brokers, your primary purpose is to drive the company’s growth and visibility through strategic marketing initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s brand image, expanding its client base, and ensuring the seamless execution of marketing strategies. Your contributions will directly impact the company’s success in the highly competitive insurance industry.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Internal and external marketing:
     Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for both internal and external stakeholders.
     Creating and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials and channels.
     Overseeing the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials.
     Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment of communication and marketing efforts.
  2. Marketing events:
     Organizing marketing events, seminars, and workshops to engage with existing clients and attract potential clients.
     Monitoring and analysing attendance and engagement metrics to optimise marketing events.
     Continuously evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjusting strategies as needed.
  3. Personal engagement with new customers and problem-solving:
     Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
     Acting as a point of contact for new customers, guiding them through the insurance process and providing solutions to their
    queries.
     Proactively identifying and resolving customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
  4. Recruitment of new clients:
     Developing and implementing strategies to identify and acquire new clients in the insurance industry.
     Analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
     Collaborating with the sales team to develop and execute client acquisition plans.
  5. App development for business:
     Identify opportunities to leverage technology for business growth and client engagement.
     Overseeing the development and maintenance of mobile applications or online tools to enhance customer experience and
    streamline processes.
     Ensuring the app aligns with the company’s branding and meets the needs of clients and employees.

Minimum requirements:
 Short-term qualification and/or NQF4 in insurance or related field.
 RE5 qualification (Regulatory Exam Level 5).
 Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance products and
regulations.
 Proficiency in information technology to provide oversight for app development projects will serve as a recommendation

Skills:
 Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex client issues effectively.
 Proven marketing skills, including the ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
 Strong administrative abilities to manage marketing projects and budgets effectively.
